RUSH 2The DEN Youth Clubs offer a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for young people aged 5 to 17, with activities designed to meet the needs of everyone who wishes to attend.
Our sessions are varied, fun and supportive, giving young people the chance to learn new skills, build confidence, make friends and try something different. Weekly themes may include cooking, crafts, team games, music, canoeing, camping, life skills and more.
Every young person is welcome at RUSH 2The DEN. We believe cost should never be a barrier, and no young person will be denied access because of affordability. Sensitive arrangements can be put in place where needed.
What to Expect
Each Youth Club session is run by our team of volunteers, who create a friendly and supportive environment where young people can get involved at their own pace.
Activities are varied and designed to be enjoyable, interesting and educational. There are also opportunities for parents, carers and young people to speak with our volunteers if they have any questions.
Tuck Shop
RUSH 2The DEN offers a range of drinks and snacks during all Youth Club sessions from our Tuck Shop.
Spending is at parents’ discretion, but each age range has an upper spending limit, usually between 50p and £1.50.
Supporting Our Youth Club
A significant amount of funding for RUSH 2The DEN Youth Club is raised through fundraising, sponsored events and previously, bag packing.
The weekly £1 entry fee is put straight back into the Youth Club, helping us provide and improve the resources we need to deliver excellent youth work in our community.
Joining Youth Club
If your child would like to join one of our Youth Club sessions, please ask a parent or guardian to complete an online registration form before their first evening.
