Upcoming Events for Children
Alongside our regular weekly activities, RUSH 2The DEN offers a wide range of special events throughout the year for children of all ages – from babies and toddlers right through to our Youth Club members.
For our younger children, our Tots extra adventure sessions bring something a little different to the usual routine. From Little Chefs, where little ones can explore food through fun, hands-on lunches, to Jolly Jingles filled with music and movement, and Interactive Storytime where stories come to life in a cosy, engaging setting – there is always something new to enjoy. These sessions are designed to support early development through play, creativity and interaction, while giving grown-ups the chance to spend quality time together in a friendly, welcoming space.
For older children and young people, our Youth Club events offer exciting opportunities to try new things, build confidence and make lasting friendships. This includes a mix of in-house activities, themed events, trips, and outdoor adventures. From countryside rambles and nature walks to bigger experiences like challenge weeks, camping trips, and visits further afield, there is always something to look forward to. These activities are designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing, while encouraging teamwork, resilience and a sense of adventure.

Events for Adults

Mindfulness & Resilience Course (5 Weeks)
Take a little time just for you.
Our 5-week Mindfulness and Resilience Course is designed to support your emotional wellbeing in a calm, welcoming space. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, dealing with anxiety, or simply need 30 minutes to pause and reset, these sessions are here to help.
Across the course, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to build resilience and manage everyday challenges. You’ll learn gentle techniques you can use at home, including mindfulness walking, mindful eating, relaxation, and “beditation” to help you unwind at the end of the day.
We’ll also focus on self-care, helping you understand what works best for you and how to make it part of your routine.
No experience is needed – just come as you are.
At the end of the course, you’ll receive a certificate to celebrate your time and commitment to your wellbeing.
